Cylinder Head Porting, Antique and Hi-Performance American Motorcycles

POWER PORT on S&S The port in this head is the same one that S&S originally came up with for their 80” and 96” engines.  Is it any wonder that these heads can use a little help when used on 113” or larger engines?   Full porting including a total reshaping of the intake floor, with intake runners finished to 50 grit and exhaust runners to 120 grit.  Combustion chambers are fully polished.  Includes installation of 2.050” intake in place of the stock 2” valve, as well as state of the art .660 lift beehive valve springs. Intakes get a 5 angle seat for good wet flow characteristics, and a radius exhaust seat for maximum scavenging.  $1089

TORQUE PORT on S&S  and most other aftermarket heads. This porting job is truly the most bang for the buck.  Uses your stock valve and guides to keep cost down.  Full porting with intake runners finished to 50 grit and exhaust runners to 120 grit.  Combustion chambers remain untouched with the exception of unshrouding of the valves.  Intakes get a 5 angle seat for good wet flow characteristics, and a radius exhaust seat for maximum scavenging. Includes blueprinting of intake port opening.  New state of the art .600 lift beehive valve springs included, extra charge for any other parts found in need of replacement.  $699
